Terms of Service

Praegis Technologies Limited, registered in Nigeria ("Praegis," "we," "us").

1. What Praegis Learn is

Praegis Learn is an online learning platform for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), including GRC Foundations courses, scenario-based Missions, a Career Intelligence Assessment, security challenges (CTF), a job board, interview preparation resources, a Regulatory Library, a Template Bank, and Abby, an AI learning companion.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through Profile Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what this does and does not remove.

3. Plans and pricing

Praegis Learn is offered on three plans: Free, Pro, and Max, billed monthly or yearly. Current pricing and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and form part of these Terms by reference. We may change pricing or plan features going forward; changes will not retroactively alter what you already paid for during an active billing period.

4. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Paddle and Flutterwave, our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation is currently handled by contacting [email protected]; a fully self-service cancellation flow is being developed. Access reverts to Free immediately once your cancellation is processed, not at the end of the billing period already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others in a way that circumvents plan limits; attempt to access content or features your plan does not include; use the platform to submit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, including by attempting to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions.

6. Abby, AI scoring, and AI-generated content

Abby (available on the Max plan) and AI-assisted deliverable scoring (available on Pro and Max) use third-party AI models to generate responses and feedback. AI-generated content may be incomplete, imperfect, or occasionally inaccurate, and should not be treated as professional, legal, regulatory, or certification-authoritative advice. See our Content Disclaimer for further detail on the fictional nature of case study material referenced throughout the platform, including by Abby and in AI-generated scoring feedback.

Abby usage on the Max plan is subject to a rate limit and a rolling weekly usage allowance, to keep the service sustainable for all learners.

7. Job Readiness services (Max plan)

The Max plan's Job Readiness offering (CV tailoring, scheduled interview coaching, and job applications made on your behalf) is delivered in part by real people, not automated systems. Scheduling and delivery timelines depend on real availability and are described at the point of service, not guaranteed by these Terms.

8. Content ownership

Course content, case studies, templates, and platform materials remain the property of Praegis. Work you submit (deliverables, assessment answers, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to store, process, and where relevant score it using AI or human review, solely to provide the service to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that completing any course, Mission, or assessment will result in employment, a certification, or any particular career outcome, including for the Max plan's Job Readiness services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praegis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to your registered address.
