Privacy Policy

Praegis Technologies Limited, registered in Nigeria.

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, email, and profile details you provide (job title, location, bio), synced from Clerk, our authentication provider.

Learning activity: your progress through lessons, Missions, quizzes, and deliverables; your submitted work and its AI-generated score and feedback where applicable; your Career Intelligence Assessment results; CTF participation and points; your position on any leaderboard you choose to appear on; your cohort membership and cohort-space posts, if applicable.

Conversations with Abby(Max plan): the full text of your messages and Abby's responses, used to provide the service and to compute usage against your weekly allowance.

Payment information: your subscription and payment history (plan, billing period, amount, currency, status). Your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers, Paddle and Flutterwave, we do not receive or store your full card number.

Feedback you submit: through the in-app Feedback feature.

2. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with the following third parties to operate the platform:

• Clerk, authentication and account management.
• Anthropic, powers Abby and AI-assisted deliverable scoring. Your messages and submitted work are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses and scores.
• Paddle and Flutterwave, payment processing. Your name and email are shared with these providers to process payment; your billing/card details go directly to their systems, not through ours.
• Supabase, our database and hosting provider.
• Resend, used to send and receive account-related and support email.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking on Praegis Learn.

3. Your rights, and what "export my data" actually includes

Under applicable data protection law, including Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.

Export my data(available in Profile Settings → Privacy) provides a real export of your account information, learning activity, submitted work, and your subscription and payment transaction history. It does not include internal operational records not considered personal data about you, or platform administrative records unrelated to your account.

Delete my account removes your personal account data. Your payment and subscription records are retained after deletion, with your identity removed from them, to meet financial record-keeping obligations, see Section 4.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, most personal data is removed. Payment and subscription transaction records are retained after account deletion, with the record no longer linked to your identity, to meet tax and audit record-keeping requirements. Abby conversation history and AI-scored work are deleted along with your account.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including row-level access controls on our database and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

6. Children's privacy

Praegis Learn is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.
